Great toy, but doesnt fit older kids
This Naruto rapid attack gloves were purchased for my 2 boys, ages 8 and 11. They both love anything to do with Naruto. They fit my 8 year old but my 11 year old couldnt get them on. His wrists are to big to fit into them. Otherwise, they are a great toy and they have had fun with them.

Great Game!!! Better than Heroscape
What I find great about this game is the numerous combination's of game play, great strategy, cool pieces to create maps, I can play with friends, bottom line - its FUN!!! What's not so great is that it is in Limited Stock! I had to wait to get it from Amazon because it is already sold out at some stores!

I am a Halo Fanatic and when I read about it online I thought geez... what next from Halo -- but of course I had to have it. Boy was I was surprised! This is a fantastic game! I bought about a week ago and me an my friends can't stop playing (Shout to Rich and Adrian). Lots of interchangeable 'lego' like pieces to create different maps, numerous combination of game play, nice alternative to mix things up a bit. My friend bought a copy yesterday (after searching around for it) and we were able to put the two games together and make one HUGE game board - awesome. We want to try three games together. When my buddy went to get the game at another store it was the last one they had. This one will sell out fast! Get it -- you won't be disappointed"

Movement

Sensors
RobosapienV2 is equipped with a powerful vision system that lets him track the movement of objects in his field of view by moving his head and body. He will react differently to things based on their distance from his sensors. He uses his onboard color camera to identify primary colors and skin tones. This helps him identify his bowling ball and pins, and bowling is his favorite game. His ability to detect skin tones helps him know when people are waving to him or when it's time to shake hands.

RobosapienV2 comes with a controller, a green bowling ball and 3 red bowling pins.

He also has hearing sensors that help him detect people in his proximity, tilt sensors that interrupt most functions to prevent damage should he fall, and grip sensors that tell him whether he's been successful in picking up an object.

Programming
RobosapienV2 can be programmed to move in many different ways. You simply enter moves into the program using controller commands, and RobosapienV2 will remember them in order. You can enter walking steps, arm and upper body movements, demos and animations, and even program subroutines. Once he's in guard mode, RobosapienV2 will execute the program if he hears a sharp noise or senses movement in front of him. The little guy faithfully remembers his program, even after being shut off, until he's reprogrammed or reset.

Robo Companions

Sidewinder Blast Falls With Banzai Fun Pack

Great Fun!

This is an extremely fun toy. I have a 2 year old, 5 year old and 6 year old. All three love the slide and so do the neighbors as well. My wife has also gotten on the slide and enjoyed the fun a few times. I weigh a bit more then her and have not dared get on the slide yet. If you look at the promotional pictures of the slide and the happy faces believe me that it is really that fun.

Pros:
1. Great fun.
2. Seems pretty durable.
3. Fills with air very quickly.
4. Colorful.
5. Comes with plenty of repair patches.
6. Repair kit works!
7. Moderate water usage. Not much more then a sprinkler head while the water is running.

Cons:
1. Difficult to assemble or put away as one adult. Needs two to handle easily.
2. Does take a long time to dry.
3. Bulky. It does not fold back into anything the size that could fit in the included bag.
4. Customer support is non-existent. I emailed weeks ago with a question and no answer yet. Also I have called several times and the phone number has always been busy. Not good.
5. Pool takes an eternity to fill up if only used with the sprayers.

Another reviewer recommended storing in a plastic bucket. Not a bad idea. I use a 80 gallon Rubbermaid Seat and Store unit. This seems perfect.

Cannonball Splash Water Slide Includes Body Board

What a great time!
We bought the Splash Bomb Water Slide locally last Spring. The 7 year old and 14 year old had such a great time with it, we kind of splurged and got 3 slip `n slides to replace it when it finally tore after about 10 hours of hard use.

The first one we put up was the Aqua Leisure Spray and Slide Family Pool. The design looked great, and if it could have only held air, it might have been really fun. But the air plugs wouldn't hold and we were forever adding air to all the bladders, and it tore quickly. Nice design, horrible fabrication.

Shark's Revenge Water Slide was our next slide to assemble. The slide is long, but didn't have the comfort advantage of an inflated slide. Plus, it had this odd shark head part that 1) had an odd sized port for adding water, and 2) wasn't stable enough to stand up so the kids could slide through it. Bottom line was that while it looked fun in the pics, it wasn't worth the money for just a long piece of vinyl.

Our third replacement took us back to the Splash Bomb, and it was the hit of the birthday party last weekend for the now-8-year-old. We had kids from 3 to 30 jumping in and loving it. And it was sturdy enough to go through that without getting torn. Splash Bomb gets my heartiest endorsement.

Ripstik Caster Board

A masterful design for athletes of all ages

I am 44 years old. I bike, I ski, I in-line skate. When I first saw a college student riding one of these, I asked him about it. He said "try it!" I almost did, but I didn't, for fear I would fall and die. I mean, only two wheels? And I didn't have my helmet with me.

I finally broke down and bought one after seeing some cool videos on the internet. After putting on my helmet, and my knee and elbow pads and my wrist guards, I took it out into the parking lot today.

The first ride is very scary, like riding a buttered block of ice, and lasts only about 1 second. After about five rides I'm up to five seconds and smiling my butt off.

For the next half hour I can't stop smiling, even when I fall off (once). After this time, I'm able to make left turns, and I can even go uphill by doing a sort of manic twist to gain momentum. My longest ride is about 30 seconds.

If you consider yourself coordinated, well-balanced, and reasonably athletic, I recommend this product to you, regardless of your age. It works perfectly, and presents a new athletic challenge that is well worth mastering. The independent steering of the front and back wheels adds a whole new dimension to the fun. The challenge of staying on the board will get you sweating without even realizing you are exercising.

The Ripstik Caster Board is a revolutionary product, just as significant, I think, as the in-line skate. Buy one before you get too old for it.

Razor A Kick Scooter

I have had mine for two years and I have mastered really hard street tricks. It is great if you or your child wants to get into scating. I mastered riding it in about a week. The only two brands worth buying are razor and micro. But in my opinion, razor is the sure-fire best. It is the lightest in the scooter industry along with micro. The reason I like razor better is because micro make the foot-board to long so you can't go down slopes to well. But I think micro would be the best for adults because their feet probibly not fit on a razor. I don't fall to often so you don't need to woory about you or your child falling. The only time I fell really bad was when I was doing a trick where I do a wheelie in the air. I leaned back to far and my scooter slid aproxamately 10 feet and I slid 3. It's still numb after about 6 months. All and All, it is the best scooter in the world!!!!!!!

Now THIS is the Joker figure to get - puts the "Movie Masters" one to shame
After all the hoopla and price-gouging of the "Movie Masters" Joker figure comes the REAL DEAL, a true collector's item. The "Movie Masters" Joker is cool in its own right, but this 1/6 scale DC Direct Joker blows it out of the water. $89 is no pocket change but then again, one must pay $40-$50 at eBay to get the "Movie Masters" Joker if they can't find it in stores, which is usually the case. And I'm no expert on action figure values, but I don't think one must be to conclude that this DC Direct Joker will end up being a lot more valuable in the future than the "Movie Masters" Joker.

In terms of detail, there is simply no comparison. This Joker even has real shoelaces, and his clothes are of a high-quality fabric. There are many cool "extras" accessories like a gun, knife and playing cards. I just watched the trailer for "The Dark Knight" again and I'm amazed as to how this figure looks exactly like Heath Ledger's Joker.

As tempting as it is to take it out of the box, I'd strongly recommend not doing so and keeping it mint. The accessories can be lost pretty easily as they're so small and besides, a figure of this value is probably better off not opened anyway (it can be very proudly displayed inside the box due to the excellent packaging).

All in all, a great investment for any fan of The Batman franchise/Joker/Heath Ledger.

While this system is a great introduction to robotics, we recommend it for those who already have a knack and enthusiasm for building and exploring. The Vexplorer exemplifies the old saying that the journey is more important than the destination. For fans of science, technology and robotics who've put their minds and hands into transforming the Vexplorer into a functioning robotic system, it's extremely rewarding to build it and watch it in operation. But even the most enthusiastic Vexplorer fan will note its slow crawl; it's too bad the machine couldn't be built for a bit more speed. However, even at its pace, the radio-controlled device is as fun as it gets.

After assembling the Vexplorer -- which won't be easy for everyone -- the best part is watching the machine's exploration on your TV screen. Do this simply by switching on the camera receiver module and plugging it into the back of the TV with the included A/V cables. This may work with some computer monitors as well. Those tech-savvy enough to get this far will likely figure out a way to even record their "lunar landing." The broadcast of our test model was sensitive and got fuzzy when the Vexplorer approached its 150-foot maximum distance, and the audio didn't come through well. Nevertheless, we were captivated, sitting on the couch and experiencing the world outside from such modest heights.

Fun but wildly impractical
I think my title is a pretty good description: fun but wildly impractical! But I saw night vision goggles for this price and thought that this is a toy I can't do without.

It's actually really, exceedingly cool provided you do not attempt to use them to navigate. For example, go get a toilet paper roll. Close your left eye. Hold the roll up to your right eye and start walking around. This is identical to the experience you will have with these goggles: VERY narrow field of vision in one eye.

That said, they do what they say and the construction seems pretty rugged and kid-friendly. You'll need a phillips head screwdriver to get the batteries in and out. The whole thing is basically made of rubber it looks like it could survive a bit of rough handling. If you look at the picture of the item, the big thing in the middle is the camera, surrounded by some high powered infra-red LEDs. Those can be switched on or off. When on, they visually glow a dull red but act as a floodlight for the camera. In front of the right eye you have another bank of lower powered LEDs which do not glow when on and act as a lower-powered light source for the camera. This lets you switch between "stealth" (no glow, lower visibility) mode and "observation" (slight glow, higher visibility) mode. The left eye is covered with a simple plastic cover which is on a hinge and can be opened for a source of "normal" vision.

The view itself, as mentioned, is very narrow, but quite good. You can certainly turn off all the lights and make out the interior of your house in great detail, although I have to say the narrow scope and false color sets you up for a real "Blair Witch" feeling. I was actually thinking you could get a great haunted house by making people wear these in a pitch black environment.

I think you'd have a hard time using it for anything practical (including, say, hide-and-go-seek) simply because it feels dangerous trying to move around while wearing them. You're asking to trip on or bump into something.

Still, I'm keeping em. Too cool not to have for this price.

Not a bad deal for the price
The Bushnell night vision goggles, is a great pair of goggles for the price it is. Although its only Gen1 goggles it still is very useful. When I brought these from a retailer and proceeded to use them at night I found out that my goggles were actually second hand, but that is besides the point. The Bushnell goggles when used with combination headgear, can feel very bulky and uncomfortable in the prone upright position, but as soon as you push the button to unlock the twisting mechisism the googles feel quite lite and compfortable.

The night vision itself is ok at best. With moonlight only the night vision can be described as a fuzzy black and white blobs, very faint to the naked eye, but combined with the bulit in IR the imaculate glow of the green, is just amazing. With its limited range and ok night vision the bushnell goggles is not too bad, alothough the bulit in Bright light circuit can be a bit at times over sensitive. Over all the bushnell goggles is an ok buy if your looking for cheap affordable goggles, but in the near future my review my change due to the fact that my goggles were actually quite defective.

It would only work for a certain amount of time and then the image on display would disapper and not reappear until I have waited at least 5 mins, now I cannot speak for bushnell saying that it was the bright light circuit in effect. But that wasnt the case due to the fact that I was in compelete darkness, with IR mode on. I have searched everywhere for information about bushnell goggles having a bulit in power saving feature but that would be just silly. So I dont know what it is, I am going to replace my bushnell goggles with a new one, and see if those are better, until then this review is all I have to offer you until I get somemore NVG time, wirh my new pair.

WOW I got this ring from my finance, and it is absolutely gorgeous.
